Bcause Am ppl r not stupid as this x prof of con law."The Senator's aides confirmed the tweet came from Grassley. They said he was commenting on recent statements by President Obama, a former constitutional law professor, and his understanding of the Marbury v Madison case, which helped define the boundary between the constitutional powers of the executive and judicial branches.Grassley also tweeted, "Possibility of peace and freedom for Syria gets more remote as PresO plays along w the farce of Kofi Annans negotiatios (sic) there Barack wakeup."Responding to the message, Obama campaign senior strategist David Axelrod criticized the Senator."Heads up, Sen. Grassley. I think a 6-year-old hijacked your account and is sending out foolish Tweets just to embarrass you!" Axelrod tweeted.Gov.
