If you?re a HR generalist looking to get your hands on a wide range of HR initiatives that will lead to tangible and visible business outcomes, you?re just who we?ve been waiting for. A strong strategic mind with a ?big picture? vision, you?ll apply your broad expertise to our day-to-day operations and work in true partnership with our wider business.
Working closely with our People, Community and Alliances group, in our Direct Insurance business, you'll coach, train and support our managers in a range of HR functions, whilst facilitating the implementation of our extensive suite of people policies, procedures and programs. Harnessing your ability to build seamless relationships, you'll liaise with leaders across our business to understand their future challenges and current operational needs while assisting them to build their capability.
You will also be a change agent for driving strategic business initiatives and will have proven experience in influencing cultural change, coupled with excellent relationship building skills to partner with the business with a strong customer focus.
You'll need a HR diploma or a degree in Business or Social Science, solid generalist HR experience (4-6 years) and a proven ability to influence to achieve outcomes.
